To handle branding activities smoothly and effectively following Circle K brand guidelines and requirements.
Execution of the CRM strategy, co-ordinating and executing activity utilising the full mix of communication channels on offer – email, direct mail, in-order documentation, customer care and private events
Execute end-to-end campaigns and established CRM programmes: Planning, gathering requirements from all stakeholders, briefing production teams, pulling audiences, collating and communicating feedback and project updates.
Secure timely approvals from appropriate internal resources/clients on programs prior to any program implementation.
Present complex data clearly to managers across the business, ensuring that you provide insights & customer trends through data
Support CRM campaigns and initiatives.
2 years’ experience in a similar role with a grasp of the retail market
MUST HAVE Excel skills
Knowledge of database segmentation techniques, marketing and campaign analysis
An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
BSc in Marketing or IT or relevant field.
